Hi, I’m Brendan. Like the medieval explorer St. Brendan, I’ve always been drawn to exploring different cultures. From Irish roots and a Brazilian farm upbringing, my passion for food and travel began early. After exploring almost 50 countries and spending nine years in tech, I’ve settled in Spain, my true home. I’m excited to share my love for Spanish food and culture with you on a fun and engaging tour in lesser-known parts.
